Join doulas Chelsea and Rachel (Beautiful Beginnings) for weekly support, tips, tricks, and connections with other young families. Group will include opportunities to meet perinatal and postpartum specialists. Focus on 0-6 months but siblings are welcome.

We will cover a different topic each week. Topic examples include: Paced bottle feeding, Postpartum healing, Infant Sleep, Bottle reccomendations, Infant Feeding, Breast Pumps and Flange Fit, Infant Routines and more!
Come when you can and leave when you must. We love meeting new parents and supporting you however we can!
